A group of Russian climbers on the Pamir firn plateau (5700 - 6000 m above sea level) drags their dead colleague on the sled,
who died while climbing on mt. Qullai Ismoili Somoni (formerly Pik Komunizma, 7495 m).
Photographed with the Pentacon SIX (also called KIX) with the Biometar 2.8/120 lens + yellow filter on ORWO NP 15 film.
Developed with film developer Atomal (A 49) . Scanned with the Nikon Coolscan 9000 ED scanner.
